What we collect

If you take the Coherence Challenge, your ten answers are recorded anonymously and in aggregate, so we can see which questions companies find hardest to answer and which of the four dimensions comes up short most often. No name, email address, IP address or other identifier is attached to this record, and it cannot be traced back to you individually.

If you use the optional email upgrade on the Coherence Challenge, the work email address you enter is sent to us, along with which dimension your answers pointed to and how many you answered “yes” to, via Netlify Forms, a third-party form processing service, so we know what to send you. We use it only to send the two things promised on that page and, once it exists, the benchmark comparison. Nothing else follows.

If you use a “Get in touch” link on this site, it opens your own email programme with our address filled in. Nothing you write is sent to us, or seen by us, unless and until you choose to send that email yourself.

We do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not use tracking cookies, third-party advertising trackers, or any analytics service that follows visitors between sites. The only data we record from the Coherence Challenge is the anonymous, aggregate answer pattern described above; it uses no cookies and sets no identifier in your browser.

Under UK GDPR, you can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us using the details on the Contact page.
