Founder
Rob spent twenty years leading commercial organisations, as Global Sales Director at Business Monitor International and then Managing Director at Meltwater News. The gap between what was agreed in the room and what turned up in the quarter was a monthly fact of life.
He moved into advisory work with IBM and RogenSi and found the same gap in every sector, under different names. He now works with chief executives, finance directors and private equity operating partners on one thing above all: making a decision clear enough that it only has to be made once.
Alice Phillips

Alice has spent twenty five years on brand and communications, in house and then as founder of Neatline Creative, where she led brand, culture and communications programmes for more than forty global businesses.
Her interest is the join: what a company says about itself on the outside, and whether the way it makes decisions on the inside makes that credible. She is a qualified facilitator and coach, and co-hosts the podcast Work Is Weird Now.
